Stroke and splenic infarct in a 17-year-old patient with COVID-associated hypercoagulable state and relative ADAMTS13 deficiency

چکیده
In this case report, we present the of a 17-year-old stroke patient suffering from coronavirus disease (COVID)-19. He was successfully treated with intravenous and endovascular treatment. After extensive work-up, hypercoagulable state due to COVID-19 infection assumed as probable cause stroke.
